My career background is a blend of senior level project management, strategy, change management and customer experience. Working in dynamic, challenging start-ups and mature businesses has equipped me with a high level of expertise and experience across these disciplines.

However, following a personal family tragedy, I left the corporate world and founded a nonprofit charity. Building and growing this organisation has been the single most rewarding experience of my life. Witnessing the incredible impact we make on vulnerable people’s lives and applying my skills to make a difference has been truly fulfilling.

Through my collaborations within the nonprofit community, I’ve come to realise that many organisations are facing significant challenges. I am passionate about this sector and committed to helping purpose-driven organisations create genuine change.

Outside of work, I stay active with a strong passion for ocean kayak racing. I live in Sydney with my two children, and my partner and her two children, which makes for a lively and fun household with four teenagers!
